Stags Way, Scorton – Orchard and Rutherford Building and development Company

In 2018, we had the privilege of serving as the sole groundworker for a development consisting of 11 brand new homes in an exclusive area on the outskirts of Scorton. We completed all the groundworks associated with the project, including plot preparation, finishing, and landscaping. Additionally, under a Section 104 agreement, we installed a rising main and hydro break within the highway to ensure that the development would not negatively impact the existing infrastructure in the surrounding area.
