Swinton Park and Country Club and Spa- Near Masham

Swinton Estate is one of England’s largest privately owned estates, covering 20,000 acres of breathtaking countryside. Within this estate is the luxurious Swinton Park Hotel, which, due to its popularity, required a separate laundry building. We were contracted by Acomb Construction to perform the groundworks for the new 480 m² laundry building, designed to blend seamlessly with the estate’s surroundings. This project involved stripping the site and conducting level reduction digging for the building area. We excavated and poured reinforced foundations, meticulously laid the internal floor using RC35/S3 concrete with a power float finish, and completed all aspects of drainage and external works.
